ICARUS-7 SALVAGE HUNT — OFFICIAL RULES

The ICARUS-7 Salvage Hunt (the "Promotion") is a skill-based contest run by the Sponsor (Section 8). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By playing and claiming a code you agree to these rules.

1. THE GAME — A CONTEST OF SKILL

Discount codes are hidden at fixed locations within the ICARUS-7 web experience. Each season, a code of a fixed, disclosed value ($100, $200, $300, $400, or $500) is placed at a search location of increasing difficulty. To win, you interpret clues given by the ship's crew, travel to the correct salvage panel, and search it. The highest-value ($500) salvage is located aboard a derelict wreck and requires completing a spacewalk (EVA) to reach it. A code's value is determined solely by which difficulty location you successfully solve — there is no random drawing or element of chance. Skill, not luck, determines the outcome.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

3. HOW TO PLAY & CLAIM (FREE)

Playing is free and requires no registration or personal information. You provide an email address and a call sign only after you have won a code, in order to receive your prize and appear on the leaderboard. The email is used solely to deliver your code and to contact you about the Promotion (Section 7).

4. LIMITS

A maximum of one (1) code may be won and claimed per email address per weekly season (seasons reset Monday 00:00 UTC). Codes are single-use, are bound to the claiming email address, and expire 14 days after they are issued. Using multiple sessions, addresses, email aliases (e.g. plus-addressing), bots, scripts, or automation to evade this limit is prohibited and voids the associated codes.

5. THE PRIZES (DISCOUNT CODES)

Each prize is a promotional discount code for $100–$500 off the purchase of an ASIC miner from Terra Hashes (terrahashes.com), in the won amount. Codes are promotional discounts only: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. A code applies to a single qualifying purchase, up to its face value. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each code equals its face value ($100–$500). The total number of codes available depends on the number of eligible winners; no minimum number of codes will be awarded.

6. REDEMPTION

To redeem, present your code to Mike Z ([email protected]) or as directed at checkout on terrahashes.com, before the code's expiration. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and the legitimacy of any code before honoring it.

7. PRIVACY

The Sponsor collects the email address and call sign you provide at claim time solely to deliver your code, operate the leaderboard (call sign only is shown publicly), and contact you about the Promotion. The Sponsor does not sell your information and retains it only as needed to administer the Promotion.

8. CONDUCT & DECISIONS

Automated play, exploitation of software defects, tampering, or interference with the service voids all associated claims and may result in disqualification. All clue assignment and code-issuance decisions are made server-side and are final. The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or end the Promotion if it cannot run as planned (e.g. fraud, technical failure).

9. SPONSOR

The Sponsor is Terra Hashes, LLC, 11630 Polo Club Rd, Wellington, FL 33414. Questions: [email protected]. Promotion period: begins upon public launch and continues on a rolling weekly-season basis until the Sponsor ends the Promotion or all available discount codes are exhausted. Governing law: the State of Florida, USA.

⚠️ Recommended before public launch: have these rules reviewed by promotions counsel — confirming that, as a contest of skill with no element of chance, Florida (and any other operative-state) game-promotion registration and bonding requirements do not apply, and that the discount-code "prize" treatment and eligibility geography are correct.
